Amazing Guide Amazing trip!

“We booked a private tour with Daniel for when our cruise ship visited Haifa in January. I was a little apprehensive booking a private tour rather than the Cruise Tours but I needed not to have worried as his tour turned out to be 900% better than the ship tour we had already booked for the following day! Daniel communicated quickly and clearly with me via WhatsApp when I made the booking. He met us from the ship on time and wearing the yellow hat so he was easy to spot! His car was immaculate and in very good order, and he was a safe driver. Right from the start he gave us a very detailed tour of Haifa with a great sense of humor and patience answering our many questions. We firstly visited many sites in Haifa including the Bahai Gardens, the German Colony and also the Market to sample the delicious street food falafel hummus and baklava .- Daniel was happy to go wherever we wanted and quickly worked out what would interest us. After Haifa he took us to to the crusader town of Akko - which had a very interesting museum before being returned to the ship early evening. We had had a great full day with Daniel who was a charming and easy company. He has an amazing knowledge of all aspects of the area and great enthusiasm - we learned very much more than we did on our coach trip the following day with 47 others! I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a private tour guide and we hope to return to Israel one day and will certainly take his tours.”

“Daniel was the best tour guide we have ever had. Within a few hours I felt like he was a family member beaming with pride to show us his home. We requested and saw many of the Christian historic sites. Daniel knew all the religion and history and was able to answer all our questions about how they connected with the Jewish faith and culture. Daniel was amazing with giving us many perspectives on the difficulties in Jerusalem without having any agenda. It was refreshing to hear all the issues. Daniel also was an expert and one of the few guides who could allow us to walk through the Baha’i Garden. It was so beautiful and peaceful. “Funny, Fun and Filled with Cool Info on History“

“Daniel is a fantastic guide quickly connecting with his groups and showing you all kind of cool facts and details. I took him for some international business colleagues for a tour of the Old City and a tasting tour in the Mehane Yehuda Shuk. He quickly took the complicated story of Jerusalem and made it fully understandable & fun for our guests. I know the history and Old City well, and he even enlightened me with some new stories and facts. The walking tour in the shuk was a kaleidoscope of smells, sounds and tastes. Daniel knew just which shops to take us to and the tastings were out of this world. I'm definitely going to use him again and have already recommended him to others. He will make your tour much more than it could ever be, if you tried to visit the same places alone. Just follow the guy with the yellow hat!”

“Awesome tour guide!“

“Daniel was amazing. We toured with him for three days around Haifa and the Galilee. We have two children ages 14 and 8--which is a big age gap to bridge!--but he did an excellent job pitching the information to all levels, us, and both boys. He helped us plan out the itinerary which was a huge help as he took us to sites I hadn't ever heard of (and I used to live in Israel!) which were amazing! He knew everything about Israeli history from very ancient to modern and contemporary times. He was funny, light-hearted and completely engaged. And a very safe driver! We particularly appreciated his special access to the Bahai gardens--what a treat that was! He was really the best. Two thumbs up. You can't go wrong with him!Read less.”

For who are our tours suitable?

The tours suit solo travelers as well as couples and families. The total walking distance for a complete tour is usually about one mile / 1.5 kilometers and does include several stairs. For special needs please contact us.

Suitable as shore excursion

Our regular day tours are perfectly suitable for a shore excursion from the Haifa port. We are aware of the strict schedules of the port and our guests always return in time to their cruise ship. Moreover, our small group tours are more time-efficient and of a much higher quality than what can be offered to hundreds of guests at the same time.
