QUICK DETAILS
WHAT TO EXPECT: We are starting the hike in the heart of the city on top of Mount Carmel. We will enter the trail and walk through a dried riverbed. The path leads us downhill through the nature where we will stop here and there for stories and anecdotes. We will finish our hike near the beach. The tour is guided by a professional licensed tour guide.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate. We are walking downhill through the forest. The paths are not paved and don’t have handrails. All ages are welcome.
DURATION: 2.5 to 3 hours including several stops walking moderate pace.
BRING WITH YOU: WATER (we recommend to bring 2-3 liters), sunscreen lotion, hat.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: A professional tour guide, snacks and coffee.
NOT INCLUDED: A kiss from a wild boar.
WEAR: Comfortable clothes. Footwear suitable for hiking.
WHEN: Every Sunday. Click on the dates in our tour calendar to check availability on that day.
STARTING POINT: Will be given a week prior to the tour according to the hike chosen for that week. Always accessible by public transportation.

CAPACITY: We keep our tour sizes to an intimate 16 persons.

What are we going to see?
Haifa is the greenest city in Israel! It's located on the stunningly beautiful Carmel Mountain, which is one of the biggest nature reserves in Israel. Mount Carmel is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea from 3 different directions making Haifa a truly unique city. You drink a cappuccino in a fancy restaurant in the heart of the third biggest metropolitan area in Israel and then within just a few steps, disappear in the wild & green jungle, hike for several hours down the trails & creeks, and finally finish at the beach! Forget that you are right in the city - walk down the gorgeous green canyon while enjoying the sounds of the birds and the scents of the forest. Along the picturesque route, we will have a few stops to enjoy fascinating stories and learn about Israel's nature and geology. A pampering picnic with fresh fruit will keep you energized and make this a perfectly balanced exciting yet relaxing experience off the beaten path. Our recommendation: finish the day at the beach at sunset with a spoiling cocktail and a bunch of great selfies in one of Israel's most beautiful nature spots.

- We recommend you to bring comfortable walking shoes, water and a cool hat!

- Small groups – our tours will have a minimum of 4 travelers and a maximum of 16 travelers.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts, you will be fully refunded.
- Cancelation within the last 24 hours – no refund… Sorry.
- Minimum 4 people are required for the tour to take place.
Otherwise, the tour might be cancelled. You will be notified about it in advance.
